Returns & Refund Policy

At ShopStickCo, every order is produced with care and attention to detail. Because many of our products are custom-made, we have the following policy in place to ensure fairness for both our customers and our business.

Custom Orders
All custom and personalized items are final sale. Please double-check all designs, spelling, sizing, and details before placing your order, as production may begin immediately.

Once an order is placed, we are unable to offer cancellations, returns, or refunds on custom work.

If there is an issue due to an error on our end (such as receiving the wrong item, a defect, or damage during shipping), please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We will gladly make it right with a replacement at no additional cost.

Non-Custom Items
Non-custom products may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in appropriate packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue. Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement or appropriate resolution.

Refunds
Refunds are only issued when a return is approved or if a replacement cannot be fulfilled. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Customer design errors (including spelling, sizing, or color choices)

  • Incorrect information provided at checkout

  • Normal wear and tear

Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders cannot be changed or canceled once they are placed, as production may begin immediately.
