At ShopStickCo, we work hard to get your order produced and shipped as quickly as possible. Each item is made with care, especially for custom designs.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. Custom orders may require additional time depending on design complexity and order volume.
Orders are not processed, produced, or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Time
Once your order has been shipped, delivery times will vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Most domestic orders arrive within 2–7 business days after shipment.
Please note that shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package.
Delays
ShopStickCo is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or other factors outside of our control. Once an order has been handed off to the shipping carrier, it is the carrier’s responsibility to complete delivery.
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, we are not responsible for lost or delayed packages.

Lost or Stolen Packages
ShopStickCo is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If this occurs, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
